HALAL
All Meat and Poultry are HALAL slaughtered and are processed with strict adherence to Islamic rites (Sharia). All Our Plants follow the Health / Hygiene / Halal Requirements as per Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) and SFDA.
Al Kabeer’s slaughtering procedure has been assessed and certified by GCC Accreditation Centre, authentic institutions for granting Halal certification.
FSSC 22000
Food-safety management system at Al-Kabeer Group ME’s is FSSC 22000 certified.
This international standard ensures greater consistency and traceability of products, through continuous improvement of processes, testing compliance through internal audits and management reviews, assuring our products consistently meet customer requirements of quality, food-safety and legality.
HACCP
Al Kabeer is committed to upholding food safety regulations. We are HACCP certified meaning our food passes the international standard of analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
